Level 4 – Lead Practitioner in Adult Care – On completion, the learner must know, understand and be able to do and have personal attributes and behaviours to carry out their role which are covered in the knowledge, skills, and behaviours within the standards.
Level 4 – Diploma in Adult Care – To complete a Diploma consisting of Mandatory and optional units amounting to a minimum of 70 credits, the units should be chosen around the learner’s job role to complete the qualification.
English & Maths Functional Skills at Level 2 – English x 3 elements, reading, writing exams, plus speaking, listening and communication. Maths x 2 exams, one with a calculator and one without. As a guide, the exams should be completed around 8 months of the qualification.
